Owner Bio:

Hilton Realty is 100% owned and operated by Meichelle A. Ferguson.  She began her Real Estate career at the age of 22 when she obtained her real estate license and purchased a home.

She worked for some of Boston's Best Companies before starting her own.  She's is known for delivering some of Boston's top sales prices and 100% occupancy rates for her owners.  As well as record low loan connections for her buyers.  In 2018 she made history when she became the first minority female to own a Commercial Real Estate Company in Massachusetts.

She brings her experience, resources, and connections to the table for her clients. 

 

10% of Hilton Realty's proceeds are donated back into the community via local artists, wildlife preservation, churches, schools, and good causes.  Meichelle is also an International Award Winning Artist.  In her spare time she enjoys writing, acting, singing, film, travel, and gardening.  She holds ties to Dorchester, the town she grew up in and both the North and the South Shore
