Owner Bio:

Hilton Realty is 100% owned and operated by Meichelle A. Ferguson.  She began her Real Estate career at the age of 22 when she obtained her real estate license and purchased a home.

She worked for some of Boston's Best Companies before starting her own.  She's deliveres some of the top sales prices and 100% occupancy rates for her owners.  In 2018 she made history when she became the first female to own a 100% female owned certified

Commercial/Residential Real Estate firm in Massachusetts.  She brings her experience, resources, and connections to the table for her clients.  10% of Hilton Realty's proceeds are donated back into the community.  Meichelle is also an artists.  She enjoys writing, acting, singing, film, travel, and gardening.
