We're About Our Business

At Hilton Realty we understand the importance of housing and the safety, security, and peace of mind it provides.  More importantly we believe in the privileges of ownership.

That’s why we've accepted the mission to help bridge the wealth gap in Massachusetts.  Part of that mission is taking care of local artists.  66% of the deals we've closed have been for local artists.  We provide them with certain protections that other real estate agencies aren't offering. We believe in strong initiatives to help bridge the wealth gap so that people can pursue opportunities more equally.

Our focus for 2023-2024 is to help more Veterans by covering costly repairs that stand in their way of them owning a home.  They fought bravely for our country; we're simply trying to return the favor.  Hilton Realty is a trained American Warrior Real Estate Professional Firm.  "We're a small firm that makes a big difference" -MF

Hilton Realty is 100% owned and operated by Meichelle Ferguson.  She is an Artist/Owner and Ms. Ferguson began her Real Estate career at the age of 22 when she obtained her real estate license and purchased her first home.  Owning a home gave her significant flexibility to presue her artistic endeavors.

She worked hard for some of Boston's Best Companies for over 14 years, delivering 100% occupancy rates for 500+ unit owners, but never forgetting her creative roots or where she came from.  In 2018 she made history when she became the first minority female to own a credited commercial real estate firm in Massachusetts.  She brings her experience, connections, and resources to the table for her clients and 10% of the company's proceeds are donated back into the community and in 2023 she celebrated her 20th year anniversary in Real Estate.  Meichelle is also an artist.  She enjoys writing, acting, singing, film, teaching, travel, and gardening.  Her blog can be found here and we hope you enjoy the read.

"I’m so thankful for the opportunity to make money by doing what I love, but there are times when it's more rewarding to know that I'm making a difference doing what I love. -MF
