Bio:

Hilton Realty is 100% owned and operated by Meichelle A. Ferguson.  Ms. Ferguson began her Real Estate career at the age of 22 when she obtained her real estate license and purchased her first home.

 

Since that time she has worked for some of Boston's Best Companies.  She's delivered 100% occupancy rates for both community based and 500+ unit owners.  In 2018 she made history when she became the first minority female to own a state recognized Commercial & Residential  Real Estate firm in Massachusetts.  She brings her experience, resources, and connections to the table for her clients.  10% of Hilton Realty's proceeds are donated back into the community.  Her firm also offers extensive benefits to help Veterans purchase homes and Meichelle sits on the board for Cambridge Local First.

 

Meichelle is also an artists.  She enjoys writing, acting, singing, film, travel, and gardening.
